Come and join us on a beautiful ride to enjoy our cars and the beautiful fall colors October 22, 2016.
We will meet at Walmart of Travelers Rest just off Hwy. 25.
We will depart promptly at 9:00am.
We will go through Travelers Rest to Hwy. 276 to Hwy. 11 at Hwy. 130 we will turn right and head up the mountain to Whitewater Falls.
The viewing area is a short walk from the parking lot.
From there we will head to Cashiers NC for lunch at a barbecue restaurant.We will leave there and take Hwy. 107 to Hwy. 74 west. A few miles west of Bryson City we will turn right on to Hwy. 28 north to Fontana Dam.
There are great vistas for pictures of the lake. There is a Visitor center that tells the history of the dam. This is an excellent place for group pictures of the cars.
